OrganizeLoop legal
Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OrganizeLoop collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when organizers, clients using shared pages, directory visitors, and other users access the OrganizeLoop website and services. It should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Account and business information. Organizer name, business name, email, phone number, password credentials in protected form, profile details, service area, and public-listing information.
Organizer and client workspace information. Client names and contact details, addresses, project descriptions, room and storage measurements, notes, product links, bookings, work logs, invoices, receipts, expenses, files, photographs, videos, and sharing choices.
Payments and subscriptions. Subscription status, plan, transaction identifiers, payment method type, billing address, and limited payment-related records. Stripe collects and processes full card and bank-account details; OrganizeLoop does not store those full numbers.
AI inputs and outputs. Prompts, project details, measurements, selected product information, and images submitted to generate plans, renderings, suggestions, transcriptions, or measurement estimates, together with generated results and usage counts.
Technical and security information. Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, timestamps, session and security-cookie data, request records, and information used to prevent abuse, investigate errors, and secure accounts.
Communications. Password-reset requests, support messages, feedback, complaints, compliments, and other communications with OrganizeLoop.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide project, customer, photo, product, booking, billing, sharing, directory, and AI features; process subscriptions and optional purchases; send service and security messages; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot and improve performance; enforce our agreements; comply with law; and protect users, OrganizeLoop, and others.
3. Organizer responsibility for client data
Organizers decide what client information to collect and enter. For that information, the organizer is responsible for giving clients appropriate notice, obtaining permission, honoring applicable privacy rights, and using the data lawfully. OrganizeLoop processes that information to provide the tools selected by the organizer. Organizers should collect only what is needed and must not place sensitive identifiers, full financial credentials, or unnecessary private information in the Service.
4. Public information and the no-person-images rule
Organizer directory profiles, public profile galleries, and public product-library entries are visible to the public. No image or video showing an identifiable person may be placed in a public area. Public content should also exclude visible names, addresses, documents, faces in reflections, license plates, and other identifying details. OrganizeLoop may hide or remove public content that does not follow this rule.
Information stored in a private organizer workspace is not public unless the organizer publishes it or creates and shares a customer link. Anyone who receives an active sharing link may be able to view the information selected for that link.
5. When information is disclosed
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, including to hosting and storage providers, payment processor Stripe, email-delivery providers, AI and transcription providers, security and technical service providers, and professional advisers. These providers may process information for the services they provide to us and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, accounts, or the Service; during a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections; or at your direction, such as when you publish a listing or share a client link. OrganizeLoop does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. AI processing
When an organizer requests an AI feature, the information needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the requested result. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the task. AI results may be saved with the project so the organizer can use or download them. AI usage counts are retained to apply plan and purchase limits.
7. Cookies and similar technology
OrganizeLoop uses necessary cookies and similar technology to keep users signed in, protect sessions, remember essential settings, and operate security features. We do not describe these necessary technologies as advertising consent. Browser settings may block cookies, but account and studio features may then stop working.
8. Data retention
We retain account and workspace information while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide exports, restore service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain secure backups. Active uploaded files may have a separate protected recovery copy. When an organizer removes a protected file, its recovery copy may remain for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to investigate security or misuse. Retention depends on the information and legal need. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
9. Security and incident response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, access controls, secure transport, restricted storage access, rate limiting, payment processing by Stripe, and security monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their passwords and devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. If a qualifying data breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may review and update many organizer details in the Service, choose whether to publish a listing, remove public content, disable sharing links, export available records, manage a subscription, or close an account by contacting us. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator.
Send a request to support@organizeloop.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. An organizer may need to handle requests from their own clients because the organizer controls that client relationship.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and children may not create organizer accounts. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless it is necessary for a legitimate organizing project and the organizer has permission from a parent or legal guardian. Images showing any identifiable person, including a child, are prohibited in public areas.
12. United States processing and visitors outside the United States
OrganizeLoop is operated in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations used by service providers. If you use the Service from another country, you are responsible for determining whether your use and client-data practices comply with local law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when appropriate.
