OrganizeLoop legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective October 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and OrganizeLoop governing your access to and use of the OrganizeLoop website, organizer studio, directory, artificial-intelligence features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By checking the acceptance box and creating an account or starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and business authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Service is intended for professional organizers and other business users, not for children.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for controlling who can use it. You may not share access in a way that bypasses account or subscription limits.
3. Free trial, subscription, taxes, and cancellation
New organizer accounts receive a 14-day free trial without providing a card or bank account. The trial ends automatically unless you separately choose to start the paid plan. The paid organizer plan is $20 per month, plus any applicable tax shown before checkout, and renews monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments; OrganizeLoop does not store full card or bank-account numbers.
You authorize recurring charges only after affirmatively accepting the subscription terms and completing Stripe checkout. You may manage or cancel the subscription from Plan & Payment in the organizer studio. Cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may change future prices with advance notice, and a change will not apply before the notice takes effect.
4. Optional purchases
Some features may require a separate purchase, including additional AI credits or enhanced directory listings. The price, term, renewal choice, and applicable tax are shown before payment. Purchased AI credits are added only after payment confirmation and remain available until used unless a different rule is clearly disclosed before purchase.
5. Organizer and client information
You retain ownership of information, files, photographs, videos, designs, invoices, and other content you submit (“Organizer Content”). You give OrganizeLoop a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit Organizer Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service and to provide features you request.
You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and releases needed to collect, upload, use, share, or publish client information and images. Do not upload Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, full payment-card or bank credentials, medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for organizing work. You decide what client information is entered and which files are shared through customer links.
6. No-person-images rule for public areas
Images or videos showing an identifiable person are not allowed in any public area of OrganizeLoop. This includes public organizer listings, public profile galleries, the public product library, and any other content visible to the general public. Public content must also avoid visible names, addresses, documents, faces in reflections, license plates, or other identifying details.
If public content does not follow this rule, OrganizeLoop may contact the organizer, hide or remove the content, restrict public posting, or suspend the related listing or account. Private project areas remain subject to client permission, privacy, and all other requirements in these Terms.
7. Public listings and public content
Information intentionally published to Find an Organizer or a public library may be viewed, linked to, or contacted by anyone. You represent that public content is accurate, lawful, professionally appropriate, and does not infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. You grant OrganizeLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that public content through the Service while it remains published.
8. AI plans, renderings, and measurements
AI-generated plans, text, images, product suggestions, and measurement estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular space. They are planning aids, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, accessibility, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You must independently verify measurements, fit, quantities, product specifications, prices, links, load limits, door and walkway clearances, installation requirements, and applicable codes before presenting or using an output. Do not rely on AI output where an error could cause injury, property damage, or financial loss.
9. Invoices, expenses, taxes, and records
The Service helps organizers prepare business records, but OrganizeLoop does not determine your tax obligations, invoice requirements, worker classification, licensing, insurance, or accounting treatment. You are responsible for reviewing documents, maintaining required records, charging the correct taxes, and obtaining advice from qualified professionals.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights; upload malware or unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing material; access another account without permission; probe or disrupt the Service; scrape or copy directories at scale; send spam; misrepresent identity or credentials; reverse engineer protected portions of the Service; or use automated means in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Service.
11. Third-party services and links
The Service may use or link to third parties such as Stripe, product retailers, email providers, hosting providers, and AI providers. Their services, products, availability, prices, and privacy practices are controlled by them. OrganizeLoop is not the seller of linked retail products and is not responsible for third-party sites or transactions.
12. OrganizeLoop intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, interface, and original materials supplied by OrganizeLoop are owned by OrganizeLoop or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organizing business during an active trial or paid access period. No other rights are granted.
13. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, update, change, or discontinue features and may use reasonable limits to protect reliability and costs. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or conduct that harms users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Export tools are provided for convenience, and you should keep copies of important business records and client files.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OrganizeLoop disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, particular business results, or that AI or third-party information will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganizeLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. OrganizeLoop’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to OrganizeLoop during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify OrganizeLoop from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Organizer Content, your public listing, your services to clients, your violation of law or another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court.
18. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required or when changes are material. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
